Kymco Who are they?

In 1963 they split from Honda and decided to start their own company known today as KYMCO. TODAY KYMCO IS THE 5TH LARGEST POWER SPORTS COMPANY IN THE WORLD. Kymco's scooters, ATV's, Side by Sides and motorcycles began selling in the USA around the early 2000's, but before then and still today Kymco has been manufacturing OEM parts for many of the popular Japanese and USA motorsport companies such as (Arctic Cat, Kawasaki, BMW and many more. Therefore, Kymco is a quality company that you can trust. Almost all of their products offer a 2 year warranty.

In early 2008, KYMCO was chosen by BMW to supply the engines for their G450 X Enduro bike. The optional range extender in the BMW i3 is also supplied by Kymco.

In late 2013, Kawasaki announced that their new J300 scooter is manufactured in partnership with Kymco. It is based on a Kymco Downtown 300i.
